Ingredients

Gastrobar Asador croquettes 4u
Roast red pepper 50g
Chives 2g
Fried potatoes 25g

Preparation

• Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and caramelise.

• Peel and dice the potato into small cubes, then confit them.

• Fry the croquettes.

• Decorate each croquette with caramelised pepper, one fried potato chunk and chopped chives.
