Mexican wrap

Ingredients

Mexicano 1pc
Wheat tortilla 1pc
Romaine lettuce 15g
Tomato 20g
Caramelised onion 10g
Roast peppers 10g
White kebab sauce with chipotle 50g

Preparation

• Slice the lettuce into thin strips, cut the tomato into half-moons and caramelise the brunoise onion.

• Arrange the wrap with the corn tortilla: add the kebab sauce, lettuce and tomato. Place the Mexicano, onion and pepper on top.

• Roll the tortilla and heat it briefly in the oven.
