Nachos Guacamole with Mexican salsa and sour cream

Ingredients

Natxos guacamole     6u
Mexican tomato salsa 50g
Jalapeño pepper 5g
Coriander 5g
Sour cream or Greek yoghurt 10g
Lime wedges 10g

Preparation

• Mix the Mexican tomato salsa with onion, coriander, jalapeño pepper and lime juice.

• Fry the nachos.

• Place the salsa and tortilla chips on a dish.

• Garnish with a touch of sour cream and coriander.
