Iberico Croquettes with Green Asparagus

Ingredients

Iberian Ham Croquettes   4 Units 
Green asparagus 4 Units
Diced tomato  
Salt flakes  
Extra virgin olive oil  

Preparation

- With the help of a peeler, make very thin strips with the asparagus.

- Blanch them for 2 minutes. Season with salt flakes.

- Fry the Frinca / Prielá Iberico Croquettes.

- Arrange the croquettes on a long plate, place the asparagus on one side.

- Decorate with the rest of the salt flakes.
