Without defrosting: FRIDER (recommended): in oil at 180-185ºC for 3-3.5 min. Fry a few units at a time. IRON: with a drizzle of oil, heat at medium-high heat for 14 min, turning them halfway through cooking. OVEN: at 220ºC with fan and in the central tray of the oven for 20 min.
