Chicken breast 60% and garlic 3%.

DEEP FRYER (recommended): Cook from frozen in plenty of hot oil (180ºC) for 3 minutes. Fry a few at a time, making sure they are well covered in oil and not touching each other. OVEN: Preheat the oven to 200ºC on a fan setting with upper and lower heat, then place the product on the middle shelf (cook from frozen). Cook at 200ºC for 20 minutes. AIR FRYER: Directly from the freezer, remove the product from the packaging and place into the air fryer in a single even layer. Heat for 10 minutes at 200ºC.
