Hot dog roll 1g
Gherkins 10g
Onion 10g
Straw potatoes 10g
Mayonnaise 20g
Ketchup 5g
Mustard 5g
Worcestershire sauce 1g

Preparation

• Finely dice the gherkin and the onion.

• Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

• Fry the frikandel and place it in the bread.

• Drizzle the sauce over the bread in a zigzag pattern, garnish with the diced onion and gherkin, and top with crispy straw potatoes.
