Mushroom Croquettes with Cream of Ham Cream

Ingredients

Mushroom Croquettes Frinca / Prielá 4 u
Ham cubes 40 g
Garlic 0.5 u
Onion 30 g
Green bell pepper 20 g
Liquid cream 10 ml
Ham broth 200 ml
Oil and salt  

Preparation

Prepare the ham cream: fry the garlic, the onion, the bell pepper and half of the ham. Soak in the broth and cook for 30 min. Blend until a thick cream is obtained.

Fry the Prielá / Frinca mushroom croquettes.

Spread the cream on the serving dish. Place the croquettes around it.

Garnish with the rest of the ham.
