Beef 38%, foie 4% and truffle 0.07%.
Instructions for use
PREPARATION: Straight from the freezer, place 1 portion (2 units) in a tray suitable for oven or microwave as desired and cover it with a béchamel sauce or similar with a temperature of approximately 60ºC. OVEN (recommended): Bake at 200ºC for 25 minutes. If the oven has a fan, bake for 20 minutes. With previous defrosting (5h in refrigerator): Bake at 200ºC for 15 minutes or for 9 minutes if the oven has a fan. MICROWAVE: Heat for 6 minutes at 900W. With previous defrosting (5h in refrigerator): Heat 3 minutes at 900W.
