Make sure they are well covered with oil without touching each other. Let stand 3 minutes before eating. FRIING PAN: Straight from the freezer, fry in abundant and very hot oil (180ºC) for 3 minutes. Turn them often to get a more homogeneous browning. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
