Loaded with chunks for an intense flavour and coated in panko breadcrumbs to make them extra crispy and golden. Our La Ibérica croquette is made with cubes of Iberian pork shoulder (8%), acorn-fed ham and Iberian ham (7%).
Instructions: Remove directly from the freezer and fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC) for 3.5 minutes. Fry a few at a time.
