Three textures, three colours and three flavours: original croquette with potato filling and Galician octopus centre. Each croquette weighs 35g.

Instructions:DEEP FRYER (recommended): Directly from frozen, fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC), for between 3.5 and 4 mins. Fry a few burgers at a time. Make sure they are well covered in oil and are not touching each other. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before eating. FRYING PAN: Directly from frozen, fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC), for between 3.5 and 4 mins. Turn them often for a more uniform golden browning. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before eating.
