A classic in the local cuisine. Our squid rings a la andaluza are made with more than 80% quality material and 20% fine flour breading on the outside. Ideal as a tapa, starter or accompaniment to a first or second course.

Instructions: DEEP FRYER (recommended): Cook from frozen in plenty of oil at 180ºC for 3 minutes. OVEN: Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Heat the product, preferably on a rack, for 16 minutes, turning over when half cooked. In a professional oven, reduce the temperature to 180ºC.
