Tuna fish pasties
Tasty artisan-made tuna fish pasties. Just 50 g per unit and with an exquisite, fine flaky pastry on the outside, the filling is made with more than 24% tuna, tomato, red pepper, egg and onion. Ideal as appetizers or an accompaniment to any meal.
Instructions: FRYER: It is best to thaw the product before frying. Fry in plenty of oil at 180ºC for 3-4 minutes. Remove the product from the fryer and place on paper to absorb the excess oil. OVEN: It is best to thaw the product for at least 1 hour before frying. Pre-heat the oven to between 200ºC and 220ºC. Paint the two sides of the mini pie with egg. Place the product on baking paper to prevent sticking. If you do not have baking paper, grease the baking tray with shortening or oil. Place the product in the oven for 12 minutes. Reduce time to 10 minutes if hot air circulation fan is on. If the product is not thawed, increase baking time to 15 minutes or 13 minutes if using a hot air circulation fan.
