Preparation
- Peel and cut with a peeler the carrot in long slices and put in cold water to curl.
- Cut the onion into fine julienne strips
- Peel the orange and remove the peeled segments.
- Boil the bimi in salted water for 4 minutes.
- Fry the falafel crisjiburger and drain on paper towels.
FINISH AND PRESENTATION :
- In a bowl, mix the orange, carrot, onion and cilantro and dress with the olive oil. Arrange harmoniously on the plate.
- Place the yogurt sauce in a sauce pan.
- Heat the bimi and arrange on the plate and on top of it the carrot crunchy burger.
