Breaded rabas with crab cakes

Ingredients

Rabas empanadas Frinca / Prielá 100 g
Surimi 50 g
Hard-boiled egg 25 g
Mayonnaise 25 g
Salt  
Pepper  

Preparation

- To prepare the Crab Txaca: Chop the surimi and the hard-boiled egg very finely. Mix with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.

- Frying the Rabas Empanadas Prielá / Frinca.

- Place the Txaca in the bottom of a deep bowl and place the rabas inside.
