Croquettes of baby squid with Alioli and fried spinach

Ingredients

Squid Croquettes with Prielá Red Squid / Frinca 4 Units 
Bag of squid ink 1 Unit
Aioli 30g
Spinach leaves  
Chives  

Preparation

- Fry the spinach leaves until crispy.

 

- Fry the croquettes of Chipirón a la Tinta Frinca / Prielá. 

 

- Arrange the aioli on the bottom of the plate. Place the croquettes on top.

 

- Decorate the dish with the fried spinach leaves.
