Cod Brandade Croquettes with piquillo pepper cream

Ingredients

Prielá Cod Brandade Croquette / Frinca 3 u
Cooking cream 40 ml
Piquillo bell pepper 1 u
Onion 25 g
Oil  
Salt  
Black pepper  

Preparation

Prepare the piquillo cream: fry the onion with a little oil. Add the peppers in strips.

Add the liquid cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Blend.

Fry the Cod Brandade Croquettes Frinca / Príelá.

Grate the bottom of a plate with the piquillo cream. Thread the croquettes on a wooden skewer and place on top of the cream.
