Mushroom Croquettes with Cream of Boletus and Quince Cream

Ingredients

Mushroom Croquettes Frinca / Prielá 5 u
Garlic 1/2 u
Mushrooms, frozen 120 g
Vegetable broth 250 ml
Quince  
Oil and salt  

Preparation

- Prepare the mushroom cream: brown the garlic and add the mushrooms. Sauté with the broth and let it cook. Grind.

- Frying Prielá / Frinca mushrooms croquettes

- Cut the quince (quantity to taste) into small cubes.

- Brush the serving dish with the mushroom cream. Place the croquettes on top.

- Garnish with the quince cubes.
