  XXL Meat Cannelloni with Foie and Truffle without Béchamel Sauce

  Filled with 38% beef, 4% foie gras and wild truffle. Several serving options. Perfect for gourmet dishes due to their large size (15 cm.).

  INSTRUCTIONS: Straight from the freezer, place 1 portion (2 units) on an oven or microwave-safe tray (according to preference) and cover with a béchamel or similar sauce with an approximate temperature of 60ºC. OVEN (recommended): Bake at 200ºC for 25 minutes. If using a fan oven, bake for 20 minutes. Defrost in advance (5 hours in the fridge): Baked at 200ºC for 15 minutes (9 minutes if using a fan oven). MICROWAVE: Heat for 6 minutes at 900 W. Defrost in advance (5 hours in the fridge): Heat for 3 minutes at 900 W.
