Exquisite codfish fritters made according to our traditional recipe with more than 30% codfish. Artisan made, they are crunchy on the outside and spongy soft on the inside. Ideal as an appetizer, tapa or quality snack serving. They can be fried or baked in the oven

Instructions: FRYER (recommended): Fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC) for 2 to 3 minutes. OVEN: Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Bake them directly on the oven rack for 8 minutes, turning them once. Set the temperature to only 180ºC if using a professional oven
