50 g the unit and made with 30% veal and pork meat, onion, pepper, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes and a hint of wine and spices, the fine flaky crust and characteristic meat with vegetables and spices flavour make them the ideal appetizer, starter or supplement to any meal.

Instructions: DEEP FRYER: Preferably defrost the product before cooking. Fry in plenty of oil at 180ºC for 3 to 4 minutes. After removing the product from the deep fryer place it on kitchen paper to absorb surplus oil. OVEN: Preferably allow the product to defrost for at least 1 hour before cooking. Preheat the oven to a temperature between 200ºC and 220ºC. Coat both sides of the pasty with egg. Place the product on top of oven paper, to prevent sticking. If oven paper is not available spread a little oil or lard on the oven tray. Bake the product for 18 minutes. If the oven has a fan reduce cooking time to 16 minutes. If you prefer not to defrost the product increase cooking time to 21 minutes (19 if the oven has a fan).
