  Codfish Fritters

  Exquisite high quality codfish fritters with 14% quality material and pinch of garlic and parsley. Crunchy on the outside and soft and flavourful on the inside, the taste is typical of codfish with garlic and parsley. An ideal product as a tapa or appetizer for eating alone or accompanied by other appetizers.

  Instructions: FRYER (recommended): Take directly out of the freezer and fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC) for 2 to 3 minutes. OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 200ºC. Put fritters in oven for approximately 8 minutes.
