Codfish Balls


These high quality rich balls with an intensive flavour are the result of a balanced and plentiful mix of 17% codfish, potato and a touch of parsley, nutmeg and pepper. 28 g per unit and irregular and artisan-shaped, they are crunchy on the outside and spongy on the inside. Ideal as a tapa, appetizer or quality snack serving.
Instructions: Take directly out of the freezer and fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC) for 2 to 3 minutes.
