  Squid strips with seeds

  Original fried squid, with 70% jumbo squid and a selection of seeds (10%) that we add to its batter: poppy, hemp and flaxseed.

  Instructions:FRYER: fry in abundant hot oil (180°C) for between 2 and 3 minutes. Fry a few pieces at a time. OVEN: Preheat to 200°C, heat from the top and below, and bake for 14 min.
