Squid strips Provencal style


Contains 70% jumbo squid whose batter is seasoned with a mixture of Provence herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme, basil and lavender) and a touch of red pepper.

Instructions: FRYER: fry in abundant hot oil (180°C) for 2-3 min. OVEN: Preheat to 200°C, heat from the top and below, and bake for 14 min.
