Lasagne bolognese with béchamel sauce au gratin


Sheets of pasta ”al dente” with top quality veal and pork accompanied by tomato, onion, a touch of spices and a really rich béchamel sauce. Finished with an exquisite cheese topping, it is made following our traditional recipe. Ideal as a first or second course.

Instructions: OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 200ºC for approximately 10 minutes. Remove packaging and place the tray inside on the middle rack for 35 min. If the product was already defrosted, reduce the time to 25 min. MICROWAVE: Remove the packaging and place the product on a microwave-safe tray (non-metal). Heat at maximum power for 7 to 8 min (850 W appliance). If the product was already defrosted, reduce the time to 4/5 min.
