Mexican-style stuffed potato croquettes


A spicy Mexican specialty made with a mix of creamy mashed potatoes, veal, poultry and pork, tomato, onion and pepper. Served as irregular balls finished with a fine, crunchy breading, they are ideal as a tapa, appetizer or side.

Instructions: Take directly out of the freezer and fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC) for 5 minutes.
