  Vegetable Lasagne without Béchamel Sauce

  Vegetable lasagne in 90 g portions. Made with fine sheets of pasta “al dente” and filled with 15% spinach, 6% onion, 6% eggplant, 4% carrots and 3% peppers, it comes in bulk without béchamel sauce so you can add the sauce and any final touches you wish.

  Instructions: Place the desired amount on a plate or tray. A little of the sauce you are going to use can be spread on the plate or tray to prevent the product sticking. or microwave for 7-8 min. Finish off under the grill if desired.
