Instructions:Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before: GRILL: At medium heat for 10 min. (5 min on each side). OVEN: Preheat to 200°C, heat from the top and below, and bake for 8-10 min. FRYER: Fry at 180°C for 3,5 min.
