Breaded Chicken Breast Fillet


Made with 50% chicken breast, coated with fine breadcrumbs.

Instructions: Fryer (recommended): fry from frozen in plenty of hot oil (180-185 °C) for 3-4 minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 200 ºC and place the product at medium height on an oven-proof tray. Bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. In a professional oven, reduce the temperature to 180 °C.
