Puff Pastry Dough


Our puff pastry dough comes in practical squares ready for use with all types of recipes.

Instructions: Let unthaw at room temperature. If you?d like less thickness, roll out the block gently in all directions, sprinkling the block and the work area with flour. Cut to the desired shape without flattening the dough. Add the desired filling. Baking: Place on the oven tray and bake in the oven at 200ºC for approximately 20 minutes (depends on the thickness) and cook au gratin for 5 minutes.
