Instructions for use

Directly from the freezer, place 1 portion (3 units) in a tray suitable for oven or microwave as desired and cover it with a bechamel sauce or similar that has a temperature of approximately 60ºC. OVEN (recommended): Bake at 200ºC for 20 minutes. If the oven has a fan, bake for 15 minutes. With previous defrosting (5h in refrigerator): Bake at 200ºC for 12 minutes or for 7 minutes if the oven has a fan. MICROWAVE: Heat for 5 minutes at 900W. With previous defrosting (5 hours in refrigerator): Heat 2 minutes at 900W.
