We want our products to provide a good balance between taste and proper nutrition. We therefore strive to develop them ensuring low levels of salt and fats*, following the recommendations of the World Health Organisation.

* Trans fats: Produced by the hydrogenation of vegetable oils. They occur naturally in some products, although most are produced through the processing of food. Ingesting them increases the levels of "bad" cholesterol in the blood.

Saturated fats: These have a high melting point, making them difficult to dissolve and be absorbed by the organism. They tend to increase the cholesterol level and occur in foods such as meat and milk products.
