FRIDER (recommended)/SKATTEN: Directly from the freezer, fry in abundant oil and very hot (180ºC), between 3 and 4 minutes. Fry a few units at a time. OVEN: Preheat the oven to 200ºC with the up and down heat option and place the product in the central tray of the oven without defrosting. Keep for 13-14 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking.
