Instructions: OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 200ºC for approximately 10 min minutes. Remove packaging and place the tray inside on the middle rack for 35 min. If the product was already defrosted, reduce the time to 25 min. MICROWAVE: Remove the packaging and place the product on a microwave-safe tray (non-metal). Heat at maximum power for 7 to 8 min ( 850W appliance). If the product was already defrosted, reduce the time to 4/5 min.
